Established by his family, this scholarship honors Rob Arneson, a dedicated Fargo educator for 23 years. Awarded to a well-rounded senior pursuing elementary education, it recognizes academic success and leadership.

Awarded to a Fargo South student who has interest and achievement in the area of visual arts or business.

Awarded to an academically motivated Fargo South music student nominated by the music faculty, this scholarship honors Steven Berrell—a gifted student who loved music and learning. Established by his parents after his tragic loss in the 1988 Pan Am Flight 103 crash, it celebrates his spirit and the Fargo South community that shaped him.

Established in 1979, this scholarship honors Gage Burdick, a Fargo South student remembered for his kindness, energy, and dedication. It is awarded annually to a student who reflects his spirit through excellence in academics, athletics, and character.

The John and Mary Challey Scholarship reflects the values of a Fargo South student who is dedicated to hard work, service, and building a meaningful future.

Established by Dorothy in honor of her parents, Margaret Sewall and Fred Hector, this scholarship reflects her lifelong passion for education and music. Through this fund, Dorothy’s legacy continues to support students as they pursue their educational goals and make a positive impact in their communities.

This scholarship was established by Spencer in memory of his wife, Fern, to support Fargo South students who have demonstrated excellence in athletics and who plan to continue their education at Minnesota State University Moorhead, Concordia College, or North Dakota State University.

Juelke-Disale Educator Scholarship~ Benita Mongar
The Juelke-Disale Educator Scholarship, established by Leah Juelke and Ranjit Disale, recognizes Fargo-area students pursuing education degrees.

The Jay Kasdan Memorial Scholarship was established by family and friends to honor the memory of Jay Kasdan, a 1978 Fargo South graduate. This scholarship supports Fargo South students who participated in DECA during both their junior and senior years, reflecting Jay’s dedication to leadership, involvement, and achievement.

Awarded to Fargo South High School senior female student athlete who demonstrates the values that Linda exhibited: fair play and sportsmanship, community involvement, and a passion for life.

This scholarship honors Coach Neis’s lasting impact by recognizing a Fargo South Football athlete who demonstrates the same dedication, character, and commitment to teamwork and perseverance that Sam did.

This scholarship is presented by NextGrad and is available to a Fargo Davies, North, and South graduating senior pursuing a post-secondary education.

Awarded to a graduating Fargo South senior active in Theater, with preference for Donkey Hotey’s Improv members. This scholarship honors Jared Nilles (Class of 2003), a passionate storyteller and performer, by recognizing a student who shares his love for improv and the arts.

This scholarship honors the memory of Nate Olsby and is awarded to a Fargo South senior athlete. Funded by Nate’s family and friends, it celebrates his love for sports, especially hockey and golf. Nate, a 2002 South graduate, was a proud member of the school’s state championship golf team.
